Small Town Simple

The Simplicity Adventures of a Mother and Daughter

My Winter Wardrobe

“Simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication.” Leonardo da Vinci

Another 3 month period, another capsule wardrobe.  I really think I am beginning to find my stride with my wardrobe.  Certain pieces work better than others and I continue to get more creative with what I put together and what I hope is a little sophistication.

So, here’s my list for January, February and March and a few pictures with some of my favorite items.

This wardrobe might be a little trickier, because we can have some fairly warm days and some really cold days all mixed together in March, but I think I have a good mix of options that will get me through warmer and cold.  I am actually really excited about this season because I feel like I have found a style that works for all areas of my life: mom, wife, work and fun mixed in with all of those.

Is anyone starting a capsule wardrobe project for the new year?  I would love to hear what you have included or if you are struggling with letting go of any items.

xo, Lauren
